Apex Logistics Park represents one of the largest private commercial developments in the region. UrbanCore was tapped to manage the horizontal construction phase, executing the civil sitework while simultaneously providing overarching construction management.

Challenges & Constraints
The 150-acre site featured severe topographical variations requiring the movement of 1.5 million cubic yards of earth. Strict environmental regulations mandated zero run-off into adjacent protected wetlands during the grading process.

Execution & Oversight
Our heavy equipment operators executed the mass grading to precision GPS specs, while our site management team oversaw the installation of complex underground retention basins. Contract administration handled a massive flow of material submittals and pay applications from sub-tier vendors.
